The cast will be led by Ramin Karimloo (Funny Girl) as the titular Goncharov, Caissie Levy (Frozen, Caroline or Change) as Katya Goncharova, Josh Groban (Natasha, Pierre, & the Great Comet of 1812) as Andrey Daddano, and Solea Pfeiffer (Almost Famous) as Sofia. Additional casting will be announced.

Please appreciate what I do for you with nothing more than a vague recollection from reading the books as a teenager and only recently finding out there was an entire movie made from them, apparently.
Goncharov makes me feel exactly like how American Psycho made me feel before I watched it. I know all the memes, the quotes, the makeup scene, Katya and Sofia’s whole deal, except that I have no idea how it all goes together. There is no possible way all of those scenes happened in a 3 hour movie, yet somehow Scorsese did it.
